Frequently Asked Questions

Why a setup fee? +
Provisioning a sender domain that lands in inboxes is real work — DKIM keys, SPF merges, DMARC tuning, SMTP relay handshake, suppression-list ingestion. The $500 covers our time and a live DNS handoff with our team on the call. It's charged once and never recurs.
How does pay-per-batch work? +
After setup, you order enriched records in 10,000-record batches at $500 each ($0.05 per record). Each batch is geo + category targeted, validated, and DNC-scrubbed. Buy one batch or a dozen — there's no minimum and no monthly subscription. Invoices are issued per batch.
Do I have to take the concierge package? +
No — concierge is optional. The $2,000 concierge engagement is for teams who'd rather we run the first 30 days end-to-end (list build, copy, send cadence, reply triage). If you'd rather drive it yourself, skip concierge and just buy setup + record batches.
What counts as a change request? +
Anything we do for you after setup is live: a copy edit, sender-domain swap, list re-segmentation, schedule shift, suppression-list refresh. Each request is $20, quoted up front, and you can decline before we start. Self-serve actions you take in the dashboard are always free.
I'm an existing Starter / Growth / Pro customer — does this affect me? +
No. Customers on the 2026-04-15 self-serve tiers are grandfathered for the life of their active subscription, including the BYO-SMTP discount. The managed-service pricing on this page applies to new signups from 2026-04-28 onward.
Will pricing rise later? +
Possibly. The numbers above reflect 2026 launch pricing and may rise as the platform matures. Customers on an active engagement keep their original price for the life of that engagement — we do not raise rates underneath you.
How accurate is the data? +
Sourced from verified public records and commercial databases, refreshed daily for intent signals. Email deliverability averages 99.2%. Phone numbers are DNC-scrubbed and carrier-verified.
Is the data CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliant? +
Data is sourced from publicly available and commercially licensed databases. Outreach compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state regulations) remains your responsibility — we recommend consulting your legal team for your specific use case.
